IN BRIEF – January 2018

GfA Drives for High Usage Locations

A common challenge for door and shutter companies is to provide a reliable solution in areas where doors and shutters are opening and closing on a very regular basis (with car parks and loading bays being common examples).

Our technical sales team can help – just tell them the weight, width and height of the door and explain the detailed requirements for the location and they will recommend a reliable drive and control package.

ISO 9001 2015 Certification

GfA UK is celebrating achieving ISO 9001 2015 certification. Like the previous standard it requires the organisation to continue to document procedures required for its effective operation but importantly differs in that there is a requirement for an organization to assess risks and opportunities and to determine internal and external issues relevant to its purpose and strategic direction. Attaining and maintaining this standard is important to GfA UK as ultimately it will enable us to enhance our relationship with and service to our customers in the future.
