Over the last few months many GfA customers have benefitted from technical and product training from the GfA team. It’s proved so successful we are planning to continue to offer both bespoke and pre-set training courses during 2018 at no cost to you.

Product training
Designed for members of your sales team this training provides an insight into:

The GfA brand and focus on quality
Product features and USPs
How to use the door industry standards to help you sell
How to use GfA products to increase sales and the value of sales
The concept, use and value of the GfA Bluetooth Stick diagnostic tool

Training dates:
Wednesday 7^th February, Wednesday 11^th April, Wednesday 6^th June, Wednesday 12^th September and Wednesday 14^th November 2018.

15rpm on motors up to and including 750Nm on standard Safedrive® Range

The GfA Safedrive® range is being extended to offer more speed and great value. From mid-January 2018 two new drive models, the GA65/15 and GA75/15 will be available. This will mean an output speed of 15rpm on our motors right up to and including 750Nm.

The GA65/15 offers 50% more speed than the GA65/10 it replaces at the same price.

Meet Maria Giddens, Sales & Dispatch Administrator

The newest member of the team, Maria Giddens, joined in February 2017. Prior to that Maria spent 4 years in sales dispatch and customer service for a manufacturing company in Coventry.

Along with other members of the team Maria is responsible for sales order processing and for liaising with customers and couriers to arrange delivery of orders and consignment stock. Maria can also provide an update on order and delivery status and trouble-shoot any late deliveries or missing items. She’s a useful person to know!
