New Ranger 90 Fi for High Speed Doors

The popular Ranger selection of drive units has been extended further with the new Ranger 90 Fi.  Providing exceptional performance on sprung and unsprung roller shutter and sectional doors Ranger drives offer flexibility and reliability for many applications.

Use: Sectional doors and roller shutters
Our Fi range of drives allow doors to open and close very quickly yet safely, ideal for applications like car parks where traffic through-put is a factor.

Taking on the Three Peaks Challenge

A team from GfA UK tackled the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on Saturday 21st July.  Covering 24 miles and an ascent of 5200ft they took on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in less than 12 hours.

A team including Managing Director Andrew Collett, Dan Pahal from the Sales Team, Mike Snell Purchasing Manager and Tim Drysch and Jack Brookes from Technical Support rose to the challenge.

Safety Update on TS Control Panels

There’s been some talk in the market place about whether any UK doors controls are fully compliant with the latest Standards particularly in relation to "hold-to-run" (dead-man) operation. We are pleased to confirm that ALL GfA UK TS controls comply with the requirements of EN ISO 13849-1 with a Performance Level (PL) c with a minimum of category 2.
