Anti-Deflection Device
The GfA Anti-Deflection Device (①) optimizes the movement of roller shutters and rolling grilles with a with moving-torque bracket system (➁) by eliminating the undesirable stick-slip effect1) (➂).
This is achieved through the two components of the anti-deflection device (➃) which are mounted at the ends of the door shaft. They ensure precise alignment of the door shaft and stabilize the door's movement (⑤).
The new solution enables significantly higher door speeds.

The Anti-Deflection Device (⑥) is available for various shaft diameters as well as for slat thicknesses up to 23 mm and over 23 mm. Additionally, a rack extension (⑦) enables its use with very tall roller shutters or grilles (from a door height of approximately 6 m).
