PASSED!

Training manager Stefan has now officially handed over the newly qualified specialists to Ibrahim, Team Leader of Series Production – moving straight from apprentice status into the professional team. After three and a half years of learning, drilling, turning and milling, they now possess all the skills and expertise required to actively contribute to the manufacturing process of a GfA ELEKTROMATEN.

But that’s not all: even during their training, the three were already actively involved. In our training workshop, components such as cable drums and plug-in shafts are manufactured – true precision work!

A particular highlight was their project on the CNC lathe: manufacturing a complete chess set – where strategy meets technology!

And as if that were not enough, one of the graduates will begin further training to become a state-certified technician this summer – we say: keep up the great work!
