New cable drums of type B

The cable drums of type Ⓑ will be modified.

 

GfA supplies cable drums for pipes (type Ⓐ) and shafts (type Ⓑ). The cable drums of type Ⓑ will be modified.

 

Design modification of type B cable drums

The geometry is optimised (① ➨ ②). This results in the following changes:

 

  • The permissible door weight of the cable drums for shafts with Ø ≥ 30 mm is increased (③)
  • Cable drums for shafts with Ø = 40 are added to the GfA product catalogue (④)
  • With the introduction of the new cable drums, the part numbers Change (⑤)

 

The new cable drums will be available for delivery approx. from 12/2021. You can find the updated documentation on our Website.
