The newest member of the team, Maria Giddens, joined in February 2017. Prior to that Maria spent 4 years in sales dispatch and customer service for a manufacturing company in Coventry.

Along with other members of the team Maria is responsible for sales order processing and for liaising with customers and couriers to arrange delivery of orders and consignment stock. Maria can also provide an update on order and delivery status and trouble-shoot any late deliveries or missing items.  She’s a useful person to know!
