    Drives with integrated anti-fallback device

      The SI "Safedrive®" range of drives are for doors which require an anti-fallback device.

       

      Typical applications include:

      ·  Roller shutters

      ·  Rolling grilles

      ·  Vertical lift doors

      ·  Sectional doors without counterbalancing

      ·  High speed doors

       

      The patented safety device is built into the gear and the drive unit fitted directly to the door shaft.

    Drives for chain driven doors

      The KE range of drives are for doors that are driven by a chain-transmission and require a separate anti-fallback device

       

      Typical applications include:

      ·  Roller shutters

      ·  Rolling grilles

       

      To prevent doors falling back a safety brake (see section FG) of the appropriate size is required.

    Drives for counterbalanced doors

      The SE "Ranger" range of drives for doors which are counterbalanced or fitted with a separate safety brake.

       

      Typical applications include:

      ·  Roller shutters which are     counterbalanced or fitted with a separate     safety brake

       

      The drive unit can be either directly fitted to the door shaft (sectional doors) or via a chain gear transmission (roller shutters).
