Customer Service Team Changes
At the end of last year, we welcomed a new Customer Service Manager to GfA UK. Joanne Dance joined us from a large packaging company where she has worked in a wide range of customer service roles.
Joanne and her team of Diane Heritage, Jasbir Flora and Lee Kelsey will handle day to day customer queries after orders have been placed with our sales department. So, if you have a question about delivery, need to return a product or have a problem with a GfA product they are the people to speak to.
Rachel Collett has an expanded role, overseeing the Customer Service Department and Distribution to ensure delivery of a seamless after-sales service.
